Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using the e38 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the e38 platform immediately.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and e38’s management. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms is deemed acceptance of those changes.
The e38 platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To fully access e38 services, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. e38 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information. Any activity on your account is assumed to be yours unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.
- Use a strong, unique password for your e38 account.
- Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
- Log out after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Report any suspicious activity immediately to the e38 support team.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
E38 users agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other manipulation methods to influence game outcomes.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Registering an account using fake identities or someone else’s information without permission.
- Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent bonus or withdrawal conditions.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Disrupting or attempting to attack the technical infrastructure of the e38 platform.
E38 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action, including account suspension or reporting to relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the e38 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods offered on the platform, including online banking and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on account level or chosen payment method.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits, subject to e38’s verification policies. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-fraud checks and may require additional identity verification before approval.
